I began sewing at the age of five under the guidance of my grandmother who had been making clothing for over 30 years. She introduced me to the wonders of fabric and inspired me to begin creating my own patterns. My special interest lies in fantasy and the surreal and I attempt to include a touch of whimsy in my designs whenever possible. Since 2014, I have created multiple costume replications as well as original designs. I have been fortunate enough to work on various projects like "Once Upon a University" web series, "Make it Out Alive" Short film, "The First Sergeant" Short film, "Seduction" Short film, "Head of a Woman/Head of a Man" AFI Thesis, "In Wonderland" AFI Thesis, and "Paeonia" AFI Thesis.
